I love Massage Envy in Lutz! My masseuse, Tom, is awesome! He does a great deep tissue massage and is very thoughtful about your experience! He doesnt talk your ear off and makes you feel comfortable so you can relax and get the most benefit from his healing massages! The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful! !
What would have been an above average massage turned into a sales pitch......during the actual massage. I get memberships buts there is a time to push that agenda and it shouldn't be during the actual massage. Instead, make us wait 20 minutes to cash out while we politely tell you we aren't going to purchase a membership before we visit one other location; yet the lady at the counter carried on about the membership anyways. I'm not kidding when I say they kept us for 20 minutes while we tried to pay. It kind of kills that awesome half-baked after a massage experience being pitched something you already politely said no to. It's a shame too because it was between this place and another location.
Professional, clean (even the breakroom), very desirable location and clientele. Top notch establishment.
I've been going here for a year and highly recommend this place. I love Diane - she has made my back pain disappear! Front office staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Manager is very approachable at this location so if you have any issues/questions his door is always open.
Tom has been my therapist for 3 years now, and he us absolutely amazing! I have had massages at five star resorts and he is by far better than any of those! The front desk staff has been nothing but professional and friendly every time I go there. Nothing but nice things to say. Highly recommend!
