They sent me home twice when they should have admitted me they diagnosed my with two different diagnosis .. when I finally went to my regular hospital Florida hospital carrolwood I was admitted within the hour because I had pancreatitis.... they diagnosis me with pancreatitis the second time at the emergency room and still sent me home ... florida hospital carrollwood actually admitted to me they were amazed that they sent me home with pancreatitis and said they never seen anything like it .. leave this place alone so u don't die..
Another positive experience at SJ Hospital North ER. My wife was there today and the staff was really awesome. ER Nurse Melissa was especially great and Dr Patel too. Their explanations and bedside manner are commendable. I felt that they truly cared about us.
Overall the facility is clean, the private ER rooms are superior to what is offered elsewhere, and the staff interactions are professional and positive.
My father was admitted last summer and was taken into ICU as he went into septic shock. He spent nearly a week in ICU and was then transported to a regular room. The nurses were all so kind to him! He was so sick he could've died but the doctors saved his life. A few days ago my grandmother was admitted for blot clots. Again, all of the nurses have been great! The doctors actually took time to come and talk to me and my mother regarding updates and just casual conversation. My family could not say enough about this hospital! Amazing staff! They've successfully saved two very important lives.
This mirrors our prior experiences over the years and is a reason we return to this location. Thanks
Tonight I had the best meal. The vegetables were superb. The food is better then most upscale restaurants. Rooms are always very clean. The staff are attentive and friendly. They have always taken excellent care of my mother and also myself. The Doctors we have had are top notch. Thank you all for going beyond the call of duty.
The staff has been wonderful! No long wait in the ear I was seen immediately and was in my room 2 hours later. Loved my nurses. Doctors and techs. Rooms look like a hotel room, bed clean and updated. Hope I don’t have to come back but if I do I’ll be coming here for now on.
