They have always been so nice an helpful. I've washed my 2 dogs there a couple times and they were very accommodating. I believe they are under new ownership and the NEWER ownership is much more accommodating than previous. Give them a try.
Good pet store with helpful staff. They have a great groomer available on the weekends. Easy to wash my girl there too.
