Friday evening we were on Lutz Lake Fern and a dog ran out in the street. We stopped and picked her up to keep her from getting hit (heavy traffic). She had a name tag of Marcy. We drove down the street to see if we could see where she might have come from. Just happened to see the sign for the Barkery and pulled in. Waited for 10 minutes before someone came out. Explained what happened and the young girl stated that "yes, she was one of theirs". She didn't seem terribly concerned, but I would definitely be weary of leaving a loved pet with them. Clearly something is not in place to keep them from getting out. Hope her parents were informed and not kept in the dark about her dangerous adventure. Good thing its not a daycare for children.
Love, love, LOVE the Barkery. Great and friendly staff, takes great care of all of our dogs. Clean facility with great spaces for the pets. Free bath with extended stays.
Super accommodating and very nice people. Our pup is always wore out after playing there all day, and gets really excited when we pull into the parking lot. Highly recommend.
I have used this daycare for my dog, and we love it. He comes home happy and worn out. The staff are very friendly and communicative. The owner has even called me after hours to answer questions if needed. I also believe the price is fair, and that their establishment is fun and clean.
I had the pleasure of working for Gina and Kristina and every one of the amazing staff members at the Barkery. Not only did I notice a true compassion for the animals that came and went, but Gina and Kristina were so kind and so professional towards me as an employee and always treated me with respect. I enjoyed all of the animals and even the clients were all so amazing. This place will excel so much more than it already has. They are extremely clean. Constantly sanitizing the facility. They use special cleaning products safe around dogs. Their concern isn't just about the dogs well being but also about keeping a presentable environment
