The thing about a lot of these outlet stores here like banana republic and express is that they're not "real" outlets. Their clothes don't come from the same line as the main stores. Instead, it's separate lower quality clothing created specifically for outlets. It's just the illusion of a good deal. There are still a handful of legit outlets though so finding a bargain isn't impossible, just difficult.
This outlet mall has a nice layout. There is a fireplace (for our FL 'winter') outside with seating. Insanely busy on Black Friday. Otherwise, it's a pretty relaxing shopping experience. Pretty good prices; although, sometimes I find that prices in Department stores like Macy's are better. Great way to explore all the different brand names in one spot. Would be even better with a Victoria's Secret. One of my favorite outlet stores for sure.
I went to the Talbots , the staff there are fantastic. Lee Ann was very helpful and went above and beyond. The next day Shannon called and let me know they had the pants in I was looking for. The manager Pam also greeted me on the way out and made sure everything was good. Friendly helpful staff always willing to go above and beyond. Great customer service.
Bring money! And comfortable shoes. Great bargains. Wonderful stores many of which are not at regular outlet malls. This place is huge. Pay attention to where you parked and how to get back to your car. Just remember that you will be bringing many packages.
Good deals on Black Friday! They open for 24+ hours with good 50%-70% deals at every store. Good clothing selections! Also, very clean and environmental friendly. A good place to bring your dog for a stroll while shopping. Or just chill with friends and family!
