I decided to treat myself for my birthday and went all out. So I booked a gel manicure, pedicure and a massage. I was so pleased to see them email stating,No kids under 13 unless getting services. (I'm only stating this because I think it's unfair for the other reviewers to write something so awful, when it's clearly in the email) That's when I knew that the environment must be peaceful and not like those other spas that you pass by the mall. This place must be a sample of a spa that you see at resorts. As a parent, I just wanted to get a spa treatment and just relax from the daily routine. We, parents, tend to forget ourselves sometimes. The gel manicure and pedicure made me feel like a superstar. It's still holding up well even after a couple weeks. The massage was to dream for! It was my first time getting one and I was so nervous. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. I have recommended it to several people and I will be returning.
I had a wonderful experience. Silesha my pedicurist/manicurist did an excellent job! She took her time on my feet and hands. I will definitely be back at totally polished.
Recommended by someone I know a while back,I purchased a Groupon, drove there no one was upfront. Waited about 7 minutes I walked back and asked if there was a way to get my services done lady stated she was going to be right there. Later someone came out and stated I needed an appointment I order to be seen and that they were booked most of the day that a 5pm appt was all they had. I left and later called a few times no one answered. After calling a few times left a message to boom the 5pm appt. They called me and said 4:30 was open I stated I needed to get kids from school then but I was able to make it. I drove 25 minutes again to be seen once I get there they tell me they can't see me because I had my kids with me. And they were sorry but they don't allow kids there. How rude and inconvenient. Really poor customer service and communication. Big waste of my time. Will never recommend anyone there.
