Had a great experience here! When we first called, they didn't have the size unit we were looking for, but they put us on a waiting list. Two days later they emailed us back and we were good to go.
The truck was there and ready. They check out was smooth and relatively quick despite it being very busy. The after hours drop off went perfectly and when we realized the next day that we left something in the truck, retrieving the item was very easy.
Wonderful staff and facilities. Would definitely rent space from them again if needed in the future. Thank you for an easy, no hassle experience!!!!!
The signing process was quick and easy, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Connie explained everything I needed to know and anticipated questions before I even had them. What a pleasure! Would definitely recommend.
Connie was super friendly and provided a lot of info... she also suggested me looking at unit to make sure it was the right size! They replaced the bulb and ready to move in. Thank you for ur great cookies coffee and CUSTOMER SERVICE! the other employee guy was also friendly great staff good prices!
When I went in, there was one other customer being served, but the man behind the counter greeted me (using actual eye contact) and let me know someone would be with me soon. Connie came in less than 30 seconds later and greeted me with a smile. She put me on a golf cart and whisked me to view my unit (one of the cleanest I've ever seen) and show me how to use the key.
While I was moving in I scratched the floor outside my unit. I did not notice this the day I moved in. But was more than willing to pay a reasonable amount to have the damaged repaired. I received three pictures on my Email that where taken on a cell phone with no explanation. But I could see what looked like a scuff mark. Then I received a call to tell me what was up but he could not tell me the amount. After two more calls telling me no new information or the cost for repair. Then I received a letter letting me know I was to vacate. having been there only two weeks and I was locked out of the gate and my unit. They would not listen to anything I had to say as if I where criminal or liar. Find somewhere else is what I would tell you and avoid this rude and rediculas place.
