I had the most AMAZING experience today!!! I was calling & looking everywhere for a watch case for an anniversary present and couldn't find one anywhere! I was starting to get really disappointed because this was very important to me. I decided to try one last place & it happened to be this particular Fossil store. I spoke to a gentleman named Stephen and he was definitely the hero!!! He was very patient & attentive to my needs. He even went over & beyond for me by sending me pictures because he knew I was basically driving from clear across America! (Mac Dill air force base). He even suggested that he could mail it to me because I wouldn't have time to pick it up. This by far was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from any Fossil or retail stores I've been in! Definitely got him a faithful customer! I will only be going to Stephen at this store anytime I purchase anything from fossil. Definitely need more ppl like him in the customer service industry!!
